Annual Pilgrimage to Fort Ross

His Eminence, Archbishop Benjamin led the clergy and faithful of the Diocese of the West in the annual (since 1925) pilgrimage to Fort Ross on the 4th of July. Christ is risen! Photos from Pascha 2018

On the great night of Pascha, the celebration of the Resurrection of the Lord, the clergy and faithful of Holy Trinity Cathedral celebrate the Nocturnes, Procession, Matins, and Divine Liturgy.  On the eve, Holy Saturday, they sang the Vesperal Liturgy.  On Sunday afternoon, we continued the celebration with Paschal Vespers.

Honoring Father John

On Sunday, January 21, the clergy and faithful of Holy Trinity Cathedral gathered with our Archbishop Benjamin to honor Archpriest John Takahashi, Dean of Holy Trinity Cathedral. Father John is retiring (or, as he would prefer to say, graduating) after almost twelve years of pastoral service with us at the Cathedral. May God grant his servants, the Archpriest John and Matushka Robin many years!
